Ouzounian Constructors, Inc. is a family owned corporation engaged in general contracting and consulting operations since its inception in 1948 by its founder, Haig Ouzounian (deceased), when it was “H.V. Ouzounian, General Contractor.” In 1978, son Brian joined the firm, which incorporated in June of 1980 as a California Corporation. Today, it continues operation under Brian's guidance as President and Chief Operating Officer.
Brian earned a B.S. Degree in Construction from Arizona State University. He holds both an individual California State Contractors License (434597), the position of Responsible Managing Officer for the Corporate License, and “Constructor” status within the American Institute of Constructors (AIC). His education and his project experience, (guided by his father, a stickler for detail), gives the company a profile that is unique among its competitors.
